The service manager, Matthew Pankrez, road tested it with me and then had the car brought into the shop. The tech found my almost new tires had a completely flat spot which was the result of the alignment being incorrect. Two new tires and a 4 wheel alignment solved my problem. The service manager, Matthew, did an excellent job of keeping me informed the whole time my car was being serviced. Great job all around. More

Each time my vehicle was fixed correctly the first time and I feel the prices charged were more than fair. When you buy a Honda - and if you take care of them by bringing them in and having the dealership do all of the repairs and maintenance they last for an incredibly long time I have bought 3 Honda's and we still have all three - a 2006 CRV owned since 2008 - 2015 CRV owned since new in 2015 and my Honda a 2010 Ridgeline bought new and now has 280K miles on it and still runs like new. My only advice to anyone buying a Honda --- Buy the nicest and most luxurious interior you possibly can - you will be sitting in for a very long time More
