Thank you for this entirely unhelpful and untimely response. Your manager Rob Tharp did in fact reach out to further escalate the situation, his behavior was completely unprofessional and aggressive. He called me a liar and made threats because of my 100% truthful Google review with no empathy towards the situation that his dealership put me in, and ultimately had me in tears by the end of the call. The call in which he admitted his mechanic did not find the actual problem with my car so instead just put a battery in it so I would feel satisfied and drive away. It was made very obvious 7 months ago that Honda of Denton does not care to right their wrongs or even apologize when their customer is stranded on the side of the road due to their carelessness. All I ever expected was an apology and a promise that the next customer that comes along would have a different experience than me and would be taken seriously no matter their age or gender. But no worries, since that was too much to ask for I have no choice but to continue to share my experience to ensure others do not shop at Honda of Denton. I am very much over this situation and do not even own the lemon that Honda of Denton sold me, so I do not appreciate your dealership choosing now to respond.
