We were dreading going to a dealership to get a new car as our lease was out and we had to. We had never been to Jim McNatt Honda before so we tried them. Our experience from beginning to end was very positive. We had an appointment with Courtney Lee and he had our test vehicle ready for us when we arrived. They took our car request info such as payment wanted car and features. We drove the car and then filled out paperwork. At no time did we feel pressured or cornered. We wanted as basic model and not extras were pushed on us. The financial talks were straight forward and had no surprises. We were in and out in 2 hours including the test drive. All in all a very pleasant car buying experience. More

As a single woman, I was so happy to have found a dealership that treated me with respect and recognized my ability to make my own major purchase decisions. I had done most of my research and initia dealership that treated me with respect and recognized my ability to make my own major purchase decisions. I had done most of my research and initial shopping over the internet with much dismay to the responses and/or lack of responses from other dealers, many who were more interested in double talking with confusing bids/information. Jim McNatt Honda was the exception, from my first inquiry to my leaving the dealership with my new car. The staff was honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. William Stalik, General Sales Manager, went out of his way to introduce himself to me and staying involved though out the process and was there personally to make sure that I was happy when I was ready to leave the dealership. I have purchased several new Honda’s over the last 5 years and can honestly say that the Team at Jim McNatt Honda was the best, most pleasant buying experience.
