They were patient and courteous in helping me find the right vehicle that would meet my needs in my business and personal life. This is my second purchase from Jim McNatt Honda. The first was back in 2001. The buying experience was enjoyable overall. I never felt pressured into purchasing during the entire experience. I really felt that I was "in the drivers seat" for lack of a better phrase. Denzel was very kind and personable, while still remaining professional. I felt comfortable working with him as he had been selling Honda's for 6 years, and drives one himself. That told me that he stands behind the brand. Bobby Evans, the sales manager, was there to help, not there as an extra person to put pressure on like in many other dealerships I've been to. Steve, the business manager is a family man and you can tell. He was very patient and easy to talk to. I didn't have a moment of panic the entire time. This purchasing experience was much like my last one with Jim McNatt. The focus was on the customer's needs, not them looking up at sales boards wondering if they were going to make their goals. Whatever Jim McNatt instills in these guys who work for him really WORKS. Denzel, Bobby and Steve all get top ranking in my book with their professional, friendly, customer service focus. They're a fair minded customer focused group there to serve the needs of the serious buyer, or the casual looker. I'll definitely go back when I'm ready to replace the Pilot I just got...but I'm quite sure that won't be for a LONG time. The McNatt team is first class all the way. More

I was so impressed by the sales director Mr. Stalik who not only greeted me but was soooo nice to my pooch that I had with me. I knew after leaving the dealership that I really wanted to buy from him & that dealership, about a week later I took delivery. Both the sales director & the salesman (Jim Slater) did an outstanding job at the time of delivery. They went over all the features & they both took turns to make sure that I felt comfortable w/ all the features of the car before I left - now that is excellent customer service!! More

From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely nice and cooperative. I told the salesperson what I wanted and we were able to find it and get everything just the way I wanted. The experience we had on Friday 2/25/2011 at Jim McNatt was bait and switch. I went in know the price and the interest rate and how much the payments would be for my mother's car. 1. We told him we did no was bait and switch. I went in know the price and the interest rate and how much the payments would be for my mother's car. 1. We told him we did not want to play with payments, we wanted the price of the car and what interest rate was being given. When the salesman presented us the paper work on how much the interest rate and the calculation of the payment, He lied. He said it was calculated at 1.9% standard rate, but the payment he had on his paper was calculated at 16%. When I told him the rate was 16% he said it was calculated at the standard rate and dropped the 1.9%. I had to ask him to go back and calculate it at the 0.9 and 1.9% rate they were offering and at 48 months. Most people would have not known what the interest rate was and would have believed what he was showing. 2. Once we agreed on the payment and the interest rate then we were deceived by the finace guy. We agreed with the salesman on 1.9% interest for 48 months. When we went in with the finance guy he told us what our payment was which was lower than what we agreed and then told us with the extra service years, lo jack and interior and exterior protection that our payment would be the amount that we had agreed upon with the sales guy. I knew something was wrong, but it wasn't until he finally showed me the contract, that the contract was being written for 60 months instead of 48 months. I told him we agreed on 48 months and he told me that honda does not finance for 60 months. He even went so far as to show me his computer which showed 60 months, but he said that is just how they print things but they don't finance for 60 months. This was an outright lie. But my mother said since the payment was in her budget and was the amount they agreed upon, she had a headache and was getting frustrated she would go ahead and still buy it. when the manager came out and met my mother and asked if she was happy with her buy she said not really and i explained everything to him, and the manager said they did finance at 36, 48 or lower if we wanted it. Needless to say my 71 yr old mother had had enough and was hungry, since we arrived at the dealership at 9:15 am, started the process at 9:30am with no other customer in the dealership and it was 2pm before we finished. My reason for writing this review is not just for my mother, but for anyone else that will go into this dealership and be lied to. I believe in true customer service. Reasons like this is why people don't like car salesmen. More

That was the best esperience ever buying a car.
