I must say the experience was not Bad but terrible My salesman was Clay who did his best and was kind and more than willing to help. However i want to place on records the others Jonathan the finance guy was extreme Rude and not pleasant to deal with. Absolute zero percent customer Service and was not at all Helpful. He was Rude to the core. In fact after making all the payments and i was about to leave he came to me and asked sir YOU OWE me 45 cents and i pay complete payment of 19700$. I've never experienced that in my life time. I'm Asian and i felt vert very insulted and it was not my mistake of not putting the correct amount. Next was Katelyn who came to negotiate and i must say i was respectful to a large extend. When i asked her to give a number between 19750 to 19500 and i won negotiate she knocked off 50$ only and i accepted it and i felt that was really not cool and i really don't know what i said she was not so pleasant to deal with. Ahmad at least had a smile on his face while he was taking all the shots but would have been helpful if i dealt with him earlier and i would not wasted 4-5 hours. Basic rule i know you cannot accommodate all our request but at least be compassionate and kindly to say no to things. This saturday i was told that they will do the best to deliver the vehicle to my house and guess what Monday i get a call saying that i will have to pay for the Uber return charge which i was sure they would come back on that. Seriously is this how to treat a customer and that too after paying everything at one shot well how many people do that i'm not sure. Well finally Ahmad the main guy called me and said vehicle will be delivered and you dont have to pay for it. Honestly i jsut wish i did not go with this deal and infact asked Ahmad if he can return the money. I kindly request if anyone is reading this review Please please don't go to this place. Forget buying the car you will be insulted to the core specially if your a Asian I'm sorry i have to say this. On the whole very very bad experience i regret why i went there. If anyone is reading i kindly request you to take leaf out and work on the customer service. Very very disappointed More
Bought a Honda pilot today from your dealership . Did not wake up today thinking I would buy a new Vehicle. Hunter was our salesman and I must say he was awesome. He found the perfect vehicle for my wife and I. Hunter was very patient with my wife and l . He did not do all the talking, but did listen to our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was very respectful of our time and needs. I would recommend Hunter as the salesperson to anyone that visits the dealership looking to gather information and doesn’t want to deal with a pushy salesperson. If you are looking for a knowledgeable salesperson that knows their product, will listen first and ask questions later, Hunter is your man. Thank you Hunter for a pleasant car purchasing experience. Sarah Brewer is the BEST! ! She greeted us at the door and stayed with us the whole way through the negotiations with the Use Car Department. Sarah was professional and VERY cu ! ⚠️Bought a used CRV at a listed reasonable price. Honda of Denton is not an honest dealer. Their website reflects incorrect Selling prices. I had a deal on their website done as a internet pricing. However, when at the dealer ship - they not only reduced the Kelly Book Instant Approval pricing ( that they said they would honor by 3 K ) BUT They deceitfully increased the internet pricing of the Honda CRV Hybrid by a Market Markup Ark of $10,000MSRP Thus their price of buying the new Hinda 2023 CRV Hybrid was $10,000 higher than any other of the 5 Honda dealers I had visited in DFW. I did discuss this false advertising and nepharous marketing with the GM MR. Rob Thorpe and his response was that there is a shortage of cars in the market and I have to feed my sales people. I have a picture of their offer which was $10,000 higher due to the Market mark up. I did finally end up buying the same model car with David McDavid at the Kelly Instant book value price trade in and at a net out of pocket price which was was $13,400 cheaper than the Honda of Denton price and a color that I wanted. The car came in today and I pick it up tomorrow. Besides when I mentioned to the sales person that I did not want to deal with then they would not return my trade in car keys immediately. A Old harassment deal method - I guess. Besides they would not direct me to where they had moved my trade in car to as it was not where I had parked it when I wen to the Dealership. Please do note that I have a fractured left shoulder and a fractured left knee too. I am posting this comment to advise customers that this kind of deceitful advertising and may be they should look at the many other Honda dealers ( Autu nation Honda ; McDavid ; Grapevine Honda; Arlington Honda; etc.) whose prices were all being actually discounted some form the MSRP as the 2024 models due to come out soon AND NO Market Mark Ups.. Like I mentioned to the dealership - That I would never buy a car from Denton Honda even at the same price as the other offers due to their deceitful sales methods and their reactionary service levels. Mr Rob Thorp GM of Honda of Denton did call me after he had read my Review posted today. He did Apologize for their attitude and service during my last visit to the dealership last week. He did offer me to sell the Honda CRV Hybrid sports at the MSRP list price (without any dealer add-ons and without any market mark ups) but the price for my trade -in -- would be subject to his assessment of the car again. But as I mentioned to him that I did appreciate his call to apologize and get feedback from a disgruntled customer . But as I mentioned to him that I would not think it was fair for me to backout to my commitment to buy the car from the other dealer who had given me a fair price including the full trade in pricing from the Kelly Blue Book Instant cash offer pricing and at the discounted pricing on their web site. I guess the important end result was that they did accept the pricing and service issues and may be this may assist other potential customers of their dealership . All the best. More

After a good negotiation process, I finally caved and agreed to that only to be told a bit later than they are raising the price by $1500. business. Katelyn Veshia was such a fantastic person to work with. While many other dealers just wrote us two teachers off, she and the Honda team worked hard to get us into a vehicle.
