Elizabeth Galloway didn't pressure us, but was always there to answer our questions. She was very patient and extremely helpful. Even after the sale, she has followed up to make sure that all of our questions were answered and that we had no problems or concerns. There is only one sales rep that you need to have in your contact list: Elizabeth. William Stalik should be a King! He helped us with our purchase decision and made sure that we got the deal that we were seeking. He kept everything within our guidelines and negotiated with another dealer in order to get us the exact car that we wanted. Mike Tunstall was very friendly and took the time to explain the transaction to our complete satisfaction. He didn't rush us through the process, but was helpful in every way. He left us with his cell phone in order to call him anytime, (which I haven't tried...it's just nice to have). On a personal note, we really missed our Honda Dealer in Denver when we moved, (Ralph Schomp), and are extremely happy to find that exceptional service and customer care exists at Jim McNatt. Talked to Steve on line, made an apppointment, met the next day. He knows everything about Honda's!! I was ready to trade and had decided on the Crosstour. It was accidentally shipped to the wrong dealership so he went and got it and brought to his dealership. Everything about this purchase was fun and done without any sales pressure.
