A great car buying experience from start to end. Every employee we dealt with was professional and extremely helpful. We bought a 2012 CR-V. The car will be mainly for my wife. Elizabeth did a great job of explaining all the features to her instead of excluding her and focusing on the man, which has been my experience at other dealerships. Vartan was very helpful in instances where Elizabeth was with other customers. The best part of this whole experience was that we never felt pressured to buy. I visited first for some information and later we both visited to settle on a color and trim level. When the excact match was on the truck we got a call to say it was on the way and when it would arrive. We both went back up there and purchased it and have been very happy with our choice. I will definitely be buying my next Honda from Jim McNatt. I would also like to give a big thumbs up to Justin Elliot in financing. Very honest and straight forward. No sales pitch for all the extra add-ons. Very satisfied customer. More
We were looking for a RED 2012 CRV and couldn't find one in the area. My husband made one last attempt and called McNatt Honda in Denton, Texas. He spoke to Denzel and confirmed that the dealership had a red one that was equipped the way we wanted it to be. We went up to Denton after lunch and the sales associate, Denzel, was very helpful. He was friendly, professional, and very well versed in how to use the technology on the CRV. Unlike other sales associates and dealerships that we have encountered in our car search, Denzel understood that it was to be my car. He made sure I was included, consulted, and pleased with everything about the CRV. He was a good negotiator, and made our experience a pleasant one. I would recommend McNatt Honda and Denzel to anyone. More

The advertised price online (internet) was NOT the same as the sales price presented. and then some excuse that the 'fine print' said it would not be...then why advertise at all? Oh, yeah to gather the suckers. Also: Low balling on the trade in. We picked the next to the lowest figure on the KBB value, they went BEYOND the lowest value on KBB... And MOST IMPORTANT: there was no new car sticker on the automobile. I know this because the salesman wanted to make a point on a charge they wanted to add, and HAD TO PICK A DIFFERENT CAR to do so. That is against the law. I am reporting that occurance to the FTC. Overall one of the worst experiences in buying a car I have ever had. More

It was an overall great experience. We never felt pressured to make the purchase. The salesman was never pushy, he was just a very down to earth person. We cold called the dealership and Curtis picked up the phone. We were looking for a 2012 CR-V. After going to the dealership, we were hit with an unexpected surprise that our trade in worth less than we phone. We were looking for a 2012 CR-V. Curtis and Bobby (Sales Manager) were wonderful in explaining several options for us to get out of the car and to eat the almost $9000 negative equity that we had in the car.
