3 visits. Had difficulty getting the same questions answered on each visit, such as including warranty information and prices to decide between two vehicles. The 3rd was simply to get a quote, took 2 answered on each visit, such as including warranty information and prices to decide between two vehicles. The 3rd was simply to get a quote, took 2 hours and 2 salesman, and never got one. Salesman sold out rest of dealership by blaming them when I confronted the issues, claims he is more honest than any other dealership, and internet prices are all lies. Still don't have a solid price on either, as requested. Seems the only way to get one was to commit to buying according to one salesman. Horrible trade-in 'ish' value and took 2 hours to get ("no" would have been better). However the mechanics were quite helpful, even if they mistaken the owners manual for the warranty booklet. I'd return to have service done. In general several hours of wasted time listening to how good of a deal we could get.... still waiting to hear what it is. Called other dealerships and got prices within minutes. Even if they weren't "the best," I still got them with little hassle, and that might be worth paying more for. Edit: McDavid saved the day, and its in the driveway! Worth the 40 minute drive. More
It was our first experience buying a certified/used vehicle so we didn't really know what to expect. Dennys took us on our test drive and explained all features of the vehicle we were interested in. I must commend Vartan for his efforts in working with me. I stopped in on a Tuesday evening to browse and ask questions about leasing options. I didn't have much time and I let him know that at the beginni I stopped in on a Tuesday evening to browse and ask questions about leasing options. I didn't have much time and I let him know that at the beginning of our conversation. He respected my request and was very open to scheduling a time where we had a longer time to discuss options. He was open to give me his cell phone number and told me to call or text with any questions. I then texted him the next day and let him know that I had a slight change to my schedule and he was very accommodating in my request. Tonight, we met, talked over options and ultimately I drove away in my new Honda. The way he handled the entire process was professional and positive. Thank you for making this process easy, Vartan. What can I say about Curtis that anyone who has NOT dealt with him doesn't already know. Coming from someone who has been in the car sales business before, I can honestly say Curtis is one of the best. Man with him doesn't already know. Many salesmen/women get the reputation of being "one-dimensional", meaning they're only after one thing... your pocketbook. They put on a welcoming and friendly front, but unless it involves them making a commission off of you, they couldn't care less. I consider myself someone who is very skilled at reading people and without a doubt, Curtis is one of the most genuine salesmen I have ever dealt with. He really does care about his customers, even when they aren't there to spend any money. I don't even think of Curtis as "my car salesman" anymore. This is the fourth Honda we've purchased through him and even after the first one, I could consider him a friend. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, PLEASE go by and have a chat with him. His personality and kind-heartedness is what keeps my family coming back to him time and time again. Thank you Curtis for all you do and I hope to keep doing business with you for many years to come! If you want some work done right then i would not go to this honda dealership. If you want good customer service i would not advise you to go there. We had work done on a 2009 honda accord and a 2004 celica. Both had battery issues. The honda had corrosion on the battery cables and we asked them to replace the cables which they did but it took them three days. Really? Three days when you said one. The car was under warranty and i cant even get good customer service. Oh and to add they put the wrong size battery in. Okay the celica had a battery issue and the issue was that it went bad after 24 months and i know batteries do that but when i want to get it discounted by the dealership that i bought the battery from, i think thats an okay request. So if you want the work done right please dont go to the honda and Toyota dealership in Denton Texas. More

He listened to what I was looking for in a car, showed me exactly what I wanted, and improved upon my expectations without being the standard 'ca to. I never once felt pressured into buying something I didn't want or didn't need. I was very well taken care of. It felt like I was buying a car from an old family friend, not a stranger. Bobby made sure the process ran smoothly and kept checking up to see how I liked my new vehicle. Justin was quick with the paperwork, explained everything thoroughly, and got me a great deal for cheap! Over all, I'm extremely happy with my purchase, would recommend this dealership to friends and family, and will go back for any other car needs I may have in the future.
