Dont go here! Why is there no option for ZERO stars? We bought our car there last year and had a difficult time with the finance department. Well today I decided to give them a second chance. Big mistake. Dealt with the same xxxx of them wanting to nickel and dime me and not wanting to work on the price till I LEAVE. Then they want to call AND text me trying to get me to come back after I was just there trying to fight with them to come down $2300. Complete harassment. I then asked for my keys back not once but twice and still didn't get them till I walked myself back to the finance department and got them myself. I will never do service here again. I hope that other read this and take it in to consideration. The sale lady was worse then my toddler. Having to tell her more then 5 times the same xxxx thing and our max price but continued to try and get us to go high. Absolutely ridiculous. People be warned dont do your business here. More

When I turned down the extended warranty 3 times he attempted to make me feel like what I was doing was wrong in a sarcastic way. So because of that , this will be the last time I deal with this dealership. More
Incomplete oil change Last Thursday I made an appointment to have my oil change and to check on many other things under the hood of my car. And got a report that everything was good and the oil change was completed. Yesterday, while I was at Autozone I had their men do a usual check under the hood, while I shop, and soon enough I’m told and shown how little to no oil my car has and that there are no signs of any possible leak. And again I had to buy oil to fill up. Never ever will I come to Honda of Denton to do an oil change, or any service check of that matter. Now I’m worried if the airbag recall (that they told me to disregard) is the next thing I should definitely be worried for. More

Poor Customer Service I can't really tell you about my experience with the servicing of my vehicle because I couldn't even get an appointment. I called in because my car h I can't really tell you about my experience with the servicing of my vehicle because I couldn't even get an appointment. I called in because my car had a recall. After I told them my issue they put me on hold without letting me know. 15 minutes later someone picked up the phone and I'm disconnected. I call back and and the phone is answered promptly and when I tell them I had an airbag recall, they ask me if I can be put on a brief hold. 21 minutes later, I hang up the phone. I have worked in a call center environment and this is the worst customer service I've experienced over the phone with any company. If this is a reflection of their actual service, I'd rather they not work on my vehicle. An neither people that answered the phone left their names. More

Rude Sales Manager I visited this Honda dealer with my family to look at purchasing a new vehicle. When I requested to see inside one of their vehicles parked out front I visited this Honda dealer with my family to look at purchasing a new vehicle. When I requested to see inside one of their vehicles parked out front the salesman insisted I fill out some paperwork first. I politely asked to just see the vehicle but the salesman insisted I must fill out the paperwork first. All I wanted to do was look inside, no test drive. The manager "apologized" that he couldn't save us any time by forcing us to fill out his paperwork. Why make snide remarks to potential customers? I drove down the street to Hyundai and they were happy to let me look at their cars without filling out marketing info beforehand. More
Darrell Jones - BEST SERVICE ADVISOR!!! (The only & main reason I get my Honda serviced there. He is the Best at his job & I love his customer service. I am looking to buy another Honda soon there) Darrell Jones from Honda of Denton has ALWAYS helped me. He is the BEST at what he does & I will continue to service my vehicle & buy another vehicle from there but ONLY if Darrell Jones is employed there. He is a Diamond in the Rough per say & great person. Darrell use to work at David McDavid Honda in Irving but he is now at Honda of Denton. Darrell's customer service is phenomenal that I literally have followed him to Honda of Denton. Keep in mind I live in Dallas, TX. & my commute to Honda of Denton is about a 45 minute drive to get there. But since Darrell is there I don't mind driving a little further to get A-1 service from him. He always is so helpful. Darrell goes over and beyond to help me with my Honda. It would like to personally speak with the Manager in the service department I really need to express myself to him about his facility & employee. Darrell Jones you are the BEST!!! Thank you so much!
