WORST EVER!!! I wish i could give zero stars!! This is THE WORST dealership i have ever been to, and we were car shopping at different dealerships for 4 days all ar I wish i could give zero stars!! This is THE WORST dealership i have ever been to, and we were car shopping at different dealerships for 4 days all around dfw. I will NEVER buy from this place or return. They told us they couldn't even get us a price on a car we were interested in if we left (we had to go get our kids) so made an appointment for the next day to drive back (45 min away from home) just to get a PRICE which then they came back after over an hour offering a price of 4 thousand dollars OVER the window sticker price of the car we where looking at. We said xxxx no and were trying to walk out and they tried to get us to sign a paper the sales guy wrote out saying that we would commit and buy the car today if we got our payments low enough. We said no we are leaving and the sales manager comes out and was extremely rude and pressuring trying to not let us leave and following us. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We ended up getting a car that day from a different dealership that was upfront and honest with us. More

Each time my vehicle was fixed correctly the first time and I feel the prices charged were more than fair. When you buy a Honda - and if you take care of them by bringing them in and having the dealership do all of the repairs and maintenance they last for an incredibly long time I have bought 3 Honda's and we still have all three - a 2006 CRV owned since 2008 - 2015 CRV owned since new in 2015 and my Honda a 2010 Ridgeline bought new and now has 280K miles on it and still runs like new. My only advice to anyone buying a Honda --- Buy the nicest and most luxurious interior you possibly can - you will be sitting in for a very long time More
