Professional From Start to Finish Came to the dealership with a difficult problem...a road noise that worsened at high speed. I believed it was a wheel bearing. The service manager, Matthew Pankrez, road tested it with me and then had the car brought into the shop. The tech found my almost new tires had a completely flat spot which was the result of the alignment being incorrect. Two new tires and a 4 wheel alignment solved my problem. The service manager, Matthew, did an excellent job of keeping me informed the whole time my car was being serviced. Great job all around. More
