Gave Honda CR-V for oil change on a good day and the gave the vehicle damaged with dent and made my whole week bad. So they asked me to leave the vehicle at dealership for 2 days and the service manager said they would fix the damage and repaint the door and gave me a loaner. When I came back after 2 days to pick up my car, they made a mess of my car. There was primer white marks all over the door and inside my car was full of paint dust. The paint job done was of extremely poor quality and finish and they had made it horrible. My first mistake to go to "Honda of Denton" for service and second biggest mistake was to make then fix the dent which they did at shop. More
I own a 2005 Honda Accord. The problem I had with it was that it would not start but the engine would turn over. I took it to an auto repair shop to have it fixed. After two days I was told that I needed that it would not start but the engine would turn over. I took it to an auto repair shop to have it fixed. After two days I was told that I needed a new controller board to fix the problem and that it would 3 to 4 weeks to get it. I called Honda of Denton and explained the problem to them and they said that they didn't think it was the controller card but would need to run diagnostics on it to be sure. I got the car to them around 4 PM Friday and explained the problem to Josh W., (Service Rep). By 6 PM that same day he called me up and told me the all I needed was a fuse. My car was ready by 2 PM the next day. Thank you Josh and Honda of Denton for the quick turn around, you all did a great job!!!!!!!!!! More

Purchased my first Honda in over a decade! All I have to say is go here! A couple of weeks ago, we were in the market for a new vehicle with a few brands/models in mind (Stuck between Ford F150 All I have to say is go here! A couple of weeks ago, we were in the market for a new vehicle with a few brands/models in mind (Stuck between Ford F150, Ford Ranger, VW Arteon, Honda Accord 2.0T); but one stuck with us over all. That brand was Honda. We had tried to work with 2 separate dealers to get a vehicle and all of them were not willing to even try to make a deal. It was quite discouraging. These dealers did not work out due to trying to get us to put an exorbitant amount of money down, trying to get us to buy a trim level we didn't want, and trying to low ball the heck out of our trade. Honda of Denton came through after being the final dealer we went to and they exceeded our expectations by a lot. I will admit, the first time coming into look at a vehicle was a little rough. I had issues being able to test drive the vehicle I wanted with the initial sales person due to them trying to juggle me and some other customers at once, so I left expecting to hear nothing more. I sent the Honda of Denton facebook page a message about my experience and was on my way feeling defeated and frustrated like I was never going to get a new vehicle for at least another few YEARS as long as my trade kept being low balled. After all this, George Vogt (Manager) and Marcus Ward (Sales) reached back out to me, and were very accommodating. Nearly the entire deal was done remotely, and we only had to come into the dealer for about an hour or so to finish up paperwork and leave! Completely hassle-free and didn't have to spend an entire day sitting at the dealer! At the end of the day we were able to get the vehicle and trim level we wanted (Honda Accord Sport 2.0T) at the lowest rate I have ever had in my life on a new vehicle. Yes! I mean it when I say they got me the lowest finance rate I've had in my life! I am very happy with my new Accord and definitely will be sending my friends and family to Marcus and George the next time they are looking for a vehicle! These guys absolutely killed it! More
