My experience with Mike was excellent. As a woman when I go somewhere without my husband for a large purchase I tend to be overlooked. This was not the case with Mike. The dealership has a very good reputation so I went there first to find out for myself. Carlos Albuquerque, became our salesman and within an hour my wife & I picked out a new CRV, test drove it and agreed o first to find out for myself. My initial experience of the service from this dealership was disappointing. I felt that more work than was necessary was done to my car and I was not vigilant enough to catch it before the work was done. was disappointing. What really impressed me about this dealership was their actions after they found out that I was not pleased with my service. The dealership could have just walked away and said that I should have spoken up when the work was done and they would have been correct is saying so. Instead they really listened to my concerns and took actions to make it right. There are always going to be mistakes and miscommunications, sticking with the customer (me) and working together toward a resolution makes a big difference.
