I love my new Accord. I wasn't sure what to get , but my salesman listened carefully and then recommended the best car for me. We even discussed color. Scott Stirling really took the time to make me feel comfortable with all of the new technology. I have never had a car with these options. He was patient and trust me it took a while for me to understand. Because of Scott I even have a photo wallpaper behind the car clock. How is it possible Scott, can know everything about this amazing car, as well as my Ipod, and a customers phone? It's pretty impressive. This was a great experience. I had anxiety about buying a new car. This is the first time for me. I have always driven used cars. Scott was professional,and a kind and very nice man. I never felt pressured. Danbury Honda is so nice. One of the nicest dealerships I have seen and I have been to a lot recently. I sent an email to everyone I know and recommended your dealership and Scott Stirling. My husband & I have had the BEST ever experience w/Honda of Danbury & John Francisco! My husband needed to get another car as he was without a vehicle. He was referred to Honda of Danbury & specifi w/Honda of Danbury & John Francisco! My husband needed to get another car as he was without a vehicle. He was referred to Honda of Danbury & specifically John Francisco by a co-worker. He went online & saw a vehicle he was interested in (Honda accord). We "scheduled" an appointment w/John to come in & see the vehicle. Well, upon entering the facility I was quite amazed. VERY clean, spacious, bright, WELCOMING! The "waiting area" - very comfortable seating, free coffee (MANY selections available), restrooms cleaned & stocked, I could go on! We went up to the front desk where I think a young lady by the name of Melissa greeted us & paged John. Her friendly smile was welcoming. John approached & his professionalism, friendliness were just so inviting. What a difference compared to other sales people we've had to deal with. Well, the vehicle was purchased and after all the paperwork was signed, we walked out of there RELAXED & happy & so impressed w/just the WHOLE experience. It was almost like we didn't have to do anything except sign documents, give down-payment, and then leave. John took care of everything!! Well, since the Honda name is so exceptional & I had been contemplating getting a "smaller" vehicle....2 weeks later we came back. I traded in my Nissan Pathfinder for a Honda CRV-EXL. Again, I have NOTHING negative to say. From the ease of trading in the old to "new", it was with such EASE again, almost like we didn't have to do anything. We dealt w/John again this 2nd time as well. He was extremely quick, helpful, no "pushiness", etc. He is truthful, knowledgeable, and definitely knows how to do his job & loves his job. You don't find that very often in sales people - almost like you're just a "commission" for them, but John did NOT make us feel like that ever. Will we go back? ABSOLUTELY! but not now! LOL! Will we refer Honda of Danbury to others? again, ABSOLUTELY!!! If you want the best experience ever....a reliable, backed by their name car, then come here! You will NOT be disappointed. I just purchased my seventh Honda Accord [six of them at Honda of Danbury]. Since my first purchase in 1986, I have never considered any alternative. The car is beautifully made, fully loaded [V6 coupe wi Honda of Danbury]. Since my first purchase in 1986, I have never considered any alternative. The car is beautifully made, fully loaded [V6 coupe with navigation] with every piece of safety and entertainment technology one can possibly want. In a nutshell, the Accord is fun to drive and totally reliable. After purchasing the 1990 model at Honda of Danbury, I have never considered another dealer, the service [Dave, Ed, Teri et al] and sales force [most recently Steve Vikaros] are a pleasure to work with. I appreciate their integrity and professionalism. More

This is the first time that I have actually worked with a "car salesman" and did not feel intimidated at all. I put that word in quotes, because Joe isn't your traditional "car salesman". He is a terrific "car salesman" and did not feel intimidated at all. I put that word in quotes, because Joe isn't your traditional "car salesman". He is a terrific honest person, who wanted to do what was right for not only me as the customer, but the dealer and the brand. I felt an immediate trust dealing with Joe from the beginning, and working with him to find the right type of car for me. He wasn't pushy, he wasn't a know it all, he wasn't condescending, he wasn't robotic. He was a human being. He knows the trials and issues that people have with dealers and dealerships. He was calming, and really helped with our decision to be the best for what we needed in a car. As I bought, and drove the car off the lot on Saturday - it is now Monday morning and I have already received a call from Joe. Not from Danbury Honda, not from some automated system, not from a solicitor. A CALL FROM JOE. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S BEST - something that is lost in the world we live in. I love Honda's. This is my 3rd Honda - and I can tell you right now that I will be using Danbury Honda and Joe as much as possible in the future. Do not look past this - I trust Joe Difabbio - and so should you. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I cannot stress how much dreaded going to purchase a used car by myself. I am a 66 year old single woman and have not bought a car in 12 years. We visited Honda of Danbury three times and bought a 2013 Honda Accord. We were greeted at the door by salesman Tony DeLena and he was very pleasent and polite while he asked our needs and showed us several Honda Accord. Tony was very informative of the various models and has a solid technical understanding of the Honda vehicles. He was honest and upfront with answers to our questions and hussled around to show us vehicles in the lot and let us take a test drive in an Accord. He made the final deal a pleasent experience and didn't haggle on minor details. We chose to self-finance for personal reasons, but he helped us to apply for potential financing with the dealership. He is still working hard to coordinate to correct a minor problem with the car that the Service Dept. should have caught while preparing the car for delivery on Monday, 12/31/12. We will recommend Honda of Danbury and especially Tony DeLena to friends that may be interested with buying a Honda vehicle. More
