Some quoted me absurdly high prices, others tried unbelievably transparent sales tactics and switching numbers around to make it seem like they were meeting my offer. I had nearly given up on finding a dealer that was actually good to deal with. But Danbury Honda had the Fit I wanted and everything was completely painless. I first contacted Luann Puglia over internet and then Jessica Pugliese was my salesperson. They met my offer exactly and there were absolutely no surprises or sudden extra fees. 100% honest and polite. I was very wary (and probably came across as rude) because of my previous experience at other dealers, but it turned out there was no reason to be skeptical--it really could not have been easier. Jessica also took care of a lot of extra paperwork for me with no hesitation nor extra fees, because I had an unusual situation with a remote cosigner.
