There are many reasons for going back to Honda of Danbury for our second car in two months, but the main one is Jess Pugliese. She made such an impression on us when we bought the Pilot, it was already a done deal that we’d request her as our salesperson for the Odyssey. It was an even more fun this time around! She’s exactly the type of salesperson you don’t think exists, but thank the gods she does.
