Friendly & comforting My husband and I had gone to a few different dealerships prior to going to Honda. I was in the market for a new car but hadn’t decided which one yet. Every dealership experience was overwhelming and I always left feeling like I had a lot of information but none of my questions were answered. When I would try to ask, they’d push me on talking numbers immediately. This was not the case for Honda if Danbury. From the moment we walked in, I felt comfortable, relaxed, and confident. What really sold me on my vehicle (other than my spectacular car!) was the incredible customer service we received! Thank you so much! More

The price was also the best we had come across, but we would have bought from Danbury even if they weren't the lowest. There are three Honda dealers closer to our home, but we choose to go to Danbury for their low pressure, no nonsense approach and their incredible selection. Ask for Manny in sales - he is easy to work with, works hard and is passionate about what he does. General Manager Jay Whitlock has a great team and runs the best dealership we have ever been to. More

Him and the rest of the staff were incredible friendly. John is very knowledgeable about the cars themselves, including all the little new features that Honda packs in every year. He even checked in the next day to see how it was going. I will definitely be back after my lease is over, and I'll definitely be sending friends and family. I went in looking at the Honda Insight but ultimately decided on The Clarity after test driving it very last minute....and to my surprise I absolutely loved it. Super Techy...fits me so well, so many great features, the interior is nicer than some luxury cars I've driven, it's eco-friendly and ridiculously fun to drive!! Overall very very happy with my experience this will not be the last car we get at Honda Danbury. Thanks again! More
