Changing oil and tire rotation ok but if I ask for tire balancing I drive the truck you do not not done! Also I do not ask dealership do perform tasks unless I know what I am talking about. service good, warranty on battery not so good Service was friendly and efficient. My gripe is with the 8 year warranty on the battery I purchased from you 6 years ago. The way the warranty is set up, it turns out to be useless after about 3 years. It would have cost almost as much as a new battery but would not have had a new warranty. The battery itself worked fine for the six years, but advertising the warranty as 8 years is extremely misleading to the consumer. More
