After completing $400 of work on my car, I was told I needed a new battery and was asked if I wanted Honda if Covington to replace it. I told them no, that the battery is only about a year old and If hav needed a new battery and was asked if I wanted Honda if Covington to replace it. I told them no, that the battery is only about a year old and If have my husband check it out. I didn’t make it home, at my next stop, my car wouldn’t start, the battery was dead. Got it jumped and drove it to a repair shop. They said the battery was in great shape, but they found the grounding bolt was not even finger tight. So much for relying on Honda of Covington mechanics or was that pay back for not buying a battery? I wonder.... More

Sent my daughter in to have an oil change and tires rotated. They convinced her she need her brake fluid changed. She felt pressured but luckily called us before they were able to do the brake fluid ch rotated. They convinced her she need her brake fluid changed.
