Honda of Covington - Service Center

Normally I would go to a Five Minute Oil or something along those lines, but since I had never gotten service since I got the car a year ago (I drive maybe 5mi two days a week), my daughter recommended I along those lines, but since I had never gotten service since I got the car a year ago (I drive maybe 5mi two days a week), my daughter recommended I go to the dealership to make sure the car was in excellent condition before I left for a trip. Boy, that was better than I would have ever expected! Will definitely come again! More

Only odd thing was I had to call to see if it was done 4 hrs later after dropping it off, I think y’all are just slammed. What does an appointment mean to the service department? Why waste the time to make an appointment? After receiving confirmation of the appointment from the service manager, upon arrival I was told that b Why waste the time to make an appointment? This is the second time this has happened this year (the first time, I had to return on a different day). I waited this time for over 2 ours. Not falling for this trick ever again More

I was not intending or wanting to purchase another car. When I was told that the cost to repair my car was more than the car was value that I realized I had to do something. Everyone was wonderful.
