Honda refused to fix an issue with my pilot that is very common, and a very well known issue with the pilots because my year and model was not on the bulletin. My pilot is a 2018 with less than 50,000 miles common, and a very well known issue with the pilots because my year and model was not on the bulletin. Mind you, Honda maintenance doesn’t recommend one until 80,000 More

Great customer service from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and the wait time was minimal (only 30 mins as opposed to the hour quoted when I made the appointment).
