Had an appointment. Luis was pleasant and attentive. Work was done well. but it took hours longer than originally promised and upset my minimally flexible day. So I just drove my car home without service and thought I would take my business elsewhere. However I decided to try one more time and when I told Jacob about my previous bad experience, he made sure my car was serviced in about 15 minutes. I bought that car from you this year and only had 5,000 miles on it, but thought I should get an oil change, etc. anyway. Alan Fensin More
