Service was good except for the fact that the technician (Steve) didn't check to see that I had the sentinel plan which covers the cost of my oil changes and would have charged me for the oil change if I wo (Steve) didn't check to see that I had the sentinel plan which covers the cost of my oil changes and would have charged me for the oil change if I wouldn't have said something at checkout. And my husband took my car back in June of 2021 to be serviced and I went back and looked at my receipt and they (Paul) again charged me for an oil change when it should have been no charge because I pay for it in my monthly plan. So I'm unhappy about that. My husband didn't remember to check for that back in June so we got charged for an oil change when we shouldn't have. More

I would not recommend with this level of service. I was there for two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I don’t know what happened the first hour and a half, but after I questioned the ser I was there for two hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
