I paid $200 for document preparation. I as told it was non-negotiable. They could not explain what it was for. Three weeks later and cannot get a tag or title because the county collector has no paperwor non-negotiable. They could not explain what it was for. I told her to call their bank and determine they had the money. This was two weeks after sale and close to two weeks ago. Four weeks and no paperwork. I should be reimbursed the $200 and sent paperwork immediately. The young man who showed me the car was fine. But the follow up sucked. More

Service with great with Paul Montoya. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t the lack of communication of Micah Collard, business manager. We’ve tried to reach out to him multiple times. We were told that they have been very “busy” for the reasoning of not getting a response back. I call that unprofessional. Don’t leave a client without answers. For that, I will not recommend anyone to work with Micah. I hope you get someone else to help you with your purchase when you’re ready to sign papers. Get someone else to help you in that dept. Don’t be left without answers. Purchasing a car is a big deal. So in a way, we felt cheated. Dealing with Micah was probably the worst part of the purchase. More
