Service reception and work was very good. "Lift" was used to take me home while work was being done. When done, "Lift" was called again to pick me up. I viewed the van online & asked for best price. The sales rep called me & gave me an acceptable price. When visiting the dealer and inspecting the van I again confirmed the price. What followed was a series of distractions and delays which amounted to a " shell game" to confuse us. Followed by a series documents with bogus fees & charges. The final purchase form showed that these bogus fees& charges had been converted to one additional price which was added to the purchase price. My wife and I are both up in age, plus she is disabled. Part of my confusion was caused by my concern for my wife`s discomfort caused by these delays.(we had left her portable oxygen at home).We are long time customers of your dealership so we made the mistake of trusting you to be honest and fair with us.
