Was unimpressed when I couldn’t get a live person to answer my phone call in the service department. I ended up scheduling online with no idea on the length of time my repairs would require. Upon arrivi answer my phone call in the service department. I ended up scheduling online with no idea on the length of time my repairs would require. Upon arriving, I was then told it would be 2 hours! When I told the service person of this, there was no apology…just a blank stare. I know workers are hard to come by these days, hence no one answering the phone, and that the workers that are present are probably overworked;however it costs nothing to apologize for my inconvenience. I waited. The car was ready in an hour 45 minutes but had I known the timeline BEFORE I Would have made arrangements for a a ride and return upon repair completion. Thank you More
