I love the service center at Honda. normally i just walk in and never have a problem but recently when I have gone in they have been busy with a 2 hr wait time. just needed an oil change so it wasn't anythi in and never have a problem but recently when I have gone in they have been busy with a 2 hr wait time. just needed an oil change so it wasn't anything major. I used the appt booking on the internet which was easy and was able to schedule appt without a wait. When I buy a new car it will be at Honda because not only do I love the product but the service center. More

We simply went to look at and test drive a Civic after David Kenney informed me that the car I inquired about for my daughter had just arrived. We have never owned a Honda before so we had a lot of quest David Kenney informed me that the car I inquired about for my daughter had just arrived. We have never owned a Honda before so we had a lot of questions. After Jerry McLamore let us test drive it and gave us all the important info, we ultimately ended up leaving with it! The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Micah was very helpful and knowledgeable too! I would definitely buy from this dealership again. My phone call was answered quickly by a pleasant voice and connected promptly to Adam, a serviceman. Because of Ida, the earliest appointment was the next day for an oil change and multi-inspection.
