Had an appointment. Luis was pleasant and attentive. Work was done well. but it took hours longer than originally promised and upset my minimally flexible day. I like using this shop but making an appointment was useless for being without a car longer than I thought it would take In a 0800, I picked it up past 1pm. HOWEVER! When he found out that I did not have a ride to my next appointment at home, he arranged and paid for a Lyft. THAT was over delivery and at least allowed me to make up for the shuttle not operating and my ride not available. class act for a long time customer.. More
