I would not recommend with this level of service. I was there for two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I don’t know what happened the first hour and a half, but after I questioned the ser I was there for two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. We purchased our Honda CRV in May, 2021. Tim Snow. He was very helpful and very courteous.& we love our new car. We live on the Southshore and decided to come for our second oil change & to Tim Snow. He was very helpful and very courteous.& we love our new car. We live on the Southshore and decided to come for our second oil change & to check why the tire pressure low message keeps coming on. This has been happening on & off since Oct, 2021. We took the car to Royal Honda twice and both times we were told the front driver's side tires were unrepairable, We had to purchase (2) new tires. So when the message came on again we decided to bring the car to you guys. Everything was explained in detail and no new tire. Our appointment was for 12:30. We went right in and only waited about 40 minutes. The Sales and Service Departments are very courteous. I know this is very long but just had to put it all down. Thanks. More
