Went to the dealership for an oil change and had an appointment. It took and hour and a half to get it done. Longer than expected. The dealership was clean and the people were friendly and professio appointment. It took and hour and a half to get it done. Longer than expected. I had an appointment. However, it was 1 hour 45 minutes before my oil change was started. It shouldn’t take 2 hours for an oil change.
