Do not go to their service department. I took my SUV here for an air bag recall and after 2 days of my car being there, I picked it up and the rearview mirror was snapped off. I didnt even leave the pa here for an air bag recall and after 2 days of my car being there, I picked it up and the rearview mirror was snapped off. I didnt even leave the parking lot before I noticed. I took the mirror inside and asked them to fix it because it was clearly broken while my car was there. The first person I talked to told us he was too husy to help because he had been left there by himself so he sent us to a guy in an office. This man asked us nemurous times if our windshield had been replaced and then tried to tell us that because it was not a Honda mirror he doesnt fix it. He takes the mirror to the back, comes back after 10 minutes and says that it is a Honda mirror afterall but that he asked his guy and hes saying he doesnt know how it became broken. So we take a car in for a free recall that is supposed to take a few hours and two days later I have a bill for a $76 mirror. Do the right thing and fix the mirror. Scam. Terrible service. More
