What does an appointment mean to the service department? Why waste the time to make an appointment? After receiving confirmation of the appointment from the service manager, upon arrival I was told that b Why waste the time to make an appointment? This is the second time this has happened this year (the first time, I had to return on a different day). I waited this time for over 2 ours. Not falling for this trick ever again More
