Simply put, our local dealer made little if any effort to find the vehicle that my wife wanted. Very rarely does she specifically state the type, color and model of vehicle she wanted. I contacted Honda of north america and after some searching, the found 2 dealers that had what she wanted. I contacted Mr David Kenney and this guy was in full receive mode. He didn't try to sell me what they had, he wanted to assist me in getting what my wife wanted. Once the car arrived he put us in contact with Jerry. We were in and out in about 1 hour. I bought a used Buick and had a pleasant experience. However, I have to go back to get a sensor replaced (for free) that should have been done before I picked up the vehicle. Also, they said they cleaned it and not only was it dirty on the inside but I’m still finding the previous owners items such as registration renewal, tire pressure gauge, two pens and her home address not cleared from the GPS. The buying experience was laid back and no one was pushy. If anything they guided me and not pushed anything on me. I would recommend Honda of Covington. More
