Quick and Easy Sale Bought a certified used vehicle from Joy. I was from out of town and she made the process quick and easy so I would not have to drive back. I went to several dealers in the Charlotte area and she was the one that got it done. Joy was very knowledgeably about the vehicle and took as much time as I needed to test drive and evaluate. She was also willingly to stay after close on a Sunday to finish the sale and to answer any final questions we had before driving off. Even synced my wife's cell phone to the vehicle's Bluetooth. My only suggestions would be to not use the internet chat when searching for vehicles. The representatives did not seem to be sales people and merely took down information to pass along. I did not get a call back and had to call the next day. I suppose no one takes you seriously in an internet chat anyway though. Might have just been a bad day since it was the Thanksgiving Holiday. Overall a good sales experience. Not overly pushy by dealership standards. Lester in Finance was direct and got our paperwork done quickly. More
