She was very patient and very thorough explaining the cars features and benefits and did an excellent job and I was also able to get the best price at Honda cars of Concord. I bought my last Honda they are 12 years ago and will buy my next Honda there also. For anyone who does not enjoy shopping for a car I would highly recommend that you ask for Joy because she will make the experience very easy and problem free. More
