5/26/2026. I purchased 4 Michelin tires and a wheel alignment yesterday, When my car was ready the advisor took my payment and handed me the payment and work o I purchased 4 Michelin tires and a wheel alignment yesterday, When my car was ready the advisor took my payment and handed me the payment and work order receipts and escorted me to my car. Nothing was explained about any warranty or any roadside hazard. When I got home, I discovered it was not indicated on my paperwork. So of course, I tried calling back and no one was answering the phone only a recording was coming on and I left several messages and no one ever return my call. So finally, I called this morning and spoke with a scheduler, who said he could answer general questions after himself, not being able to transfer me to the advisor who helped me due to no one picking up the phone. I brought it to his attention no information was indicated on my receipt about the roadside warranty. So he said I had a two year roadside warranty and free tire rotations for the life of the tire. He said I would only have to pay an installation fee if the tire had to be replaced. My advice would be to always explain to the customer. whatever is not indicated on the paperwork such as roadside hazard warranties. Don't just assume everyone knows. Other than this detail, everything else was great. The environment was clean, coffee, snacks and entertainment was provided. The advisor was nice and friendly, just needs a little bit more training on going over the paperworks with the customer. More
