This is the second time I have been to this dealership looking for a car, and didn't buy from them either time. The first was when they were on Greystone Blvd. At that time they claimed they could make fi looking for a car, and didn't buy from them either time. The first was when they were on Greystone Blvd. At that time they claimed they could make financing on a Saturday, that we should just "take the car home for a few days and we'll work out the payments later". What? This time, when we went to the new location, we found a car we wanted to test drive, but never saw a dealer. I walked around the lot for ten minutes, and finally had to go inside and REQUEST one. I even gave them the lot number so they could find the key. Leroy was helpful, and nice, and knowledgable about the cars. He wasn't pushy at all. But that was just one person out of this whole terrible place. I called up a few days later after comparing a few models, and inquired about price. Their internet/phone sales department acted like I was bothering them. They were stand-offish and wouldn't call me back. I finally bought from another dealer closer to town. I reccomend you test drive cars here, if you can find a dealer. They have the inventory. Just dont buy from them. More
Aston Lawson, finance manager, does not return phone calls, or email. No service after the sale. He does not seem to do business on the up and up. Once the dealer has your money, its over. I would never buy a car from them Service ain't half bad. More

I wanted to purchase a vehicle from Honda Cars of Columbia in my May 2010 which is now located off of Highway 378. My experience was terrible. It took about 10 or15 minutes before a salesman came and Columbia in my May 2010 which is now located off of Highway 378. My experience was terrible. It took about 10 or15 minutes before a salesman came and asked if I needed any help. After finally being approached by someone, I was not treated with respect. I purposely underdressed just to see what type of service I would recieve, and the service was horrible. I felt as though the car saleman was trying to get me to make a decision on purchasing any type of vehicle instead of asking and finding out what type of vehicle I was interested in buying. The apprasial that I recieved for my vechile from Honda Cars of Columbia, was $2300 than what I recieved at Midlands Honda. Also, while I was in the car browsing the different Hondas, I felt that I was Doug most of the work by asking questions about certains cars instead of the saleman taking the initiative to explain what features the cars had. I will never shop or recommend to anyone to buy or lease a vechile from Honda Cars of Columbia. More
I recently brought my 1992 Honda Accord LX (Cheryl) in for unexpected major services on two separate occasions within one week. Both services caught me off guard and I had to leave my car overnight. Wit for unexpected major services on two separate occasions within one week. Both services caught me off guard and I had to leave my car overnight. With no way to get to work and home the customer service staff (Danny and Regina) were extremely thoughtful and provided me with rental cars on both occasions as well as discounts on parts and labor. Initially when I had questions about the first repair Danny took me into the repair shop to discuss and show me the oil repairs that needed to be done by Miguel. Days later when I had to bring my car in again for engine trouble Regina and Miguel took the time to explain what service had been recently performed, the parts involved and what needed repair. Regina even drew a diagram to show me that the recent repairs were unrelated. When I picked up my car she came out to talk to me, gave me a big hug and offered me a discount card because she knew the financial bind I had with having to pay for major services back to back. With my car being 17 years old she knew the discount card would come in handy. We continued to chat about how reliable Honda cars are, how passionate she was about customer service and the employees she works with. Since I have over 20 years of customer support/ service experience I recognize employees and companies that care about their customers. Even before Honda moved to Killian road I've always experienced great service and in these difficult economic times it's good to know they aren't skimping on providing excellent customer service and rewarding customer loyalty.
