I recently brought my 1992 Honda Accord LX (Cheryl) in for unexpected major services on two separate occasions within one week. Both services caught me off guard and I had to leave my car overnight. With no way to get to work and home the customer service staff (Danny and Regina) were extremely thoughtful and provided me with rental cars on both occasions as well as discounts on parts and labor. Initially when I had questions about the first repair Danny took me into the repair shop to discuss and show me the oil repairs that needed to be done by Miguel. Days later when I had to bring my car in again for engine trouble Regina and Miguel took the time to explain what service had been recently performed, the parts involved and what needed repair. Regina even drew a diagram to show me that the recent repairs were unrelated. When I picked up my car she came out to talk to me, gave me a big hug and offered me a discount card because she knew the financial bind I had with having to pay for major services back to back. With my car being 17 years old she knew the discount card would come in handy. We continued to chat about how reliable Honda cars are, how passionate she was about customer service and the employees she works with. Since I have over 20 years of customer support/ service experience I recognize employees and companies that care about their customers. Even before Honda moved to Killian road I've always experienced great service and in these difficult economic times it's good to know they aren't skimping on providing excellent customer service and rewarding customer loyalty.
