It was time to move on out of my almost new 2010 Malibu LTZ V6 with only 7K miles and I really wanted to Lease a new CR-V but didn't think I could trade in my vehicle at this time since it was so new and I LTZ V6 with only 7K miles and I really wanted to Lease a new CR-V but didn't think I could trade in my vehicle at this time since it was so new and I was so far upside-down. I sent Honda of Columbia an email asking for more information on the 2011 CR-V EX-L and I was promptly responded by Mr. Rivera. He gave me a great price over the Internet and was very low pressure which I liked a lot since I hate to buy cars. After a brief phone call I agreed to come in and get my car appraised and took a closer look at the 2011 CR-V EX-L. After just a few minutes I had an offer on my Malibu and a Lease payment that was actually lower than my current vehicles payment and I was upside-down. It was a no-brainer at this point so I decided to Lease the CR-V EX-L. Thanks to Mr. Rivera's great service and the rest of the guys at Honda of Columbia, Mr. Burns, Nimmons, etc. I'm a really happy and satisfied customer. More
We have test driven several cars over the last 1-1/2 years, but never really found what we wanted (always shopping used selections). Recently, you had the perfect vehicle on the lot for me so I came in to finally buy something from Dan. He wasn't available, so I was helped by BA & found him to be just as helpful. I really only rated Honda of Columbia 4/5 because I feel like nobody's perfect, but the experience was fine & I can't really think of anything that could have made it better. I have already recommended Honda of Columbia to someone who ended up purchasing a new Honda about a year ago & will continue to do so in the future for new or used vehicles. More

On August 18, 2010, I brought my 1990 Honda Accord in for work related to front end for the outstanding service provided by your service department. I was new to South Carolina, and I had already wasted several hundred dollars with another Columbia auto service center. This previous center had not only failed to correct the initial presenting problem (a loud grinding noise in my auto's front end), but, I believe, they also misrepresented their diagnosis so as to get more work and more money from me. I decided to look for another service center, but I was not sure I could count on better treatment elsewhere. I decided, based on a few positive online reviews, to give your company a try, and I am very pleased I did so. Because I was coming from downtown Columbia and did not have another vehicle the available, it was important that I could bring my vehicle in early and wait while your ...? I was met by the Christopher Starks, who listened carefully as I described my needs and concerns (including concerns about the quality of the recent work done by other service center). After I waited only about an hour, My. Starks provided me with an assessment of the problems and your recommended repairs. He gave me a very clear breakdown of the necessary repairs, as well as a few recommendations regarding less severe problems that your technicians noted. To his, and your, credit, no effort was made to pressure me into any decisions. Mr. Starks respected my choice to make only the vital repairs. Because I had an important appointment in tow at 1:30pm, I told him I would only be able to have the repairs done that day if I could be out in time to make my appointment. He assured me this would not be a problem, and, in face, the work was done even earlier than he promised. I drove off your lot with all my problems taken care of. The noise was gone, and my speedometer worked perfectly. It is now over two months later, and the car continues to run well. I know it is only a matter of time before I will need further work on my Honda (it is, after all, a a twenty year old car!), and I am pleased to know that, when that time comes, I have found a service provider whom I can trust to treat me with respect and to provide excellent care to my vehicle.
