We settled on a 2012 Civic EX and were able to get what we thought was fair for our trade. We bought the Civic and have been very pleased with it so far. I was pleased with the sales and service staff (especially Paula in Service, she's great!) and felt like they have taken good care of us. I am sure it's tough for car dealerships to make people feel like they can be trusted with all of the bad apples out there. Make sure you know what you want, what it's worth, and stick to what you know is right and fair and you'll find Honda Cars of Columbia a good place to do business. They go the extra mile in making sure you are well taken care of and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
B.A. was the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He listened and addressed my questions and concerns. He produced the product and it was sold. How much better can that get. Acknowledgment and understanding ones wishes and needs is what it is all about. I would ask for him when I ever need to purchase another vehicle. The dealership was very clean and the others there were pleasant even though we weren't their personal customer. The F&I person that did the paperwork was great he and I had talked about everything before we came in to sign and it all went very smoothly and he was a pleasure to work with as well. I was searching the internet for used Honda Accords for my daughter going off to school. After only a few minutes I saw some used Accords with low milages at what I considered great prices (based on KBB r my daughter going off to school. I requested information about a vehicle on line and with in an hour received a call from Daniel telling me details about the car. I said if the car looks as good as you described I'll probably buy it when I can get there in a couple of days. To make a short story shorter, bought a 2007 Accord EX that looks brand new, below the advertised and loan value price, low milage, 32K, received a better finance rate through Honda of Columbia than my credit union, less than 2 hours to complete all transactions, and my extremely happy daughter drove home in her new car. I would highly recommend Honda of Columbia to any seeking a great deal on a new or used car. More

I found the car online and negotiated a fair price via email with John. I got to the dealership a few mins before they closed and the staff was very accomodating.
