Generally a good visit. I knew the car I wanted so that was the easy part. The negotiation of the price was a positive one and we settled on a price. I felt there was more room to negotiate on the vehicle, was the easy part. The negotiation of the price was a positive one and we settled on a price. I felt there was more room to negotiate on the vehicle, but in the end, we agreed. I was very unhappy with the fact it took over an hour to get the vehicle prepped and ready to go. After all the negotiations were done and I wrote a check for the vehicle, I sat in the waiting room for over an hour while several cars were prepped and prepared for delivery. I arrived at the dealership around 4pm, got the deal done and paid for the car by 5:30pm and didn't leave the dealership until after 7pm, so that was something I felt was poor service, but overall, the visit was a 3.5/5.0.
