I give this dealership (Honda Cars of Columbia) a 5 in every area. I am so pleased with the salesman we had (Lonnie McGraw). I will definitely recommend anyone I know that is looking for a car to go to Honda Cars of Columbia and ask for Lonnie McGraw. I have a 2001 Honda Accord and a 2008 Honda Accord. I have had my 2001 Accord for eight years and I passed it down to my son so I have been bring that car to Honda Cars of Columbia for years and everyone is always so friendly from checking in to checking out. I have had a lot of cars in the past but I have never been so pleased with a dealership like Honda Cars of Columbia. IF I have a problem they work hard to fix it and everything is always 100% fixed when I leave the dealership. I was also amazed that when I had 98,000 miles on he 2001 Accord there was a recall on the transmission up to 100,000 miles and mine started acting up at 98,000 miles and fixed it at no charge. That is absolutely amazing and I don't think there is any other dealership that would do that. My 2001 Accord was the first Honda that I have ever bought and it is the best car I have ever owned and I have had 12 cars. I am sold on Honda's and I don't think I will ever buy anything else. The service I received from Paula was great. A part(valve) had to be ordered and I was called with a scheduled appointment once the part was received (1-2 days as promised). Mr. Rivera was extremely courteous and made certain he was attentive to my needs. Although, I was shown a Honda Civic Coupe, which was a fantastic vehicle, I really preferred something larger. When I was hesitant in signing the paperwork for the 2008 Honda Civic Coupe, I gave careful consideration to what I truly desired. I must say that everyone who assisted made certain I left with the car I wanted. It was larger, entailed more space and the vehicle at the top of my list. Mr. Rivera was very nice and knowledgeable about the vehicles and did not pressure me in any way to buy something that I did not want or need or could not afford. We test drove two cars, which was my choice, and I decided on one. The sales manager handled the finance paperwork for me and went over the extended warranty and gap coverage options. Once again, I did not feel pressured at all to purchase these things - it was totally my choice - but after getting all the information, and based on the amount of miles I drive, I thought it was the smart thing to do. My trade in was a 2000 Honda Accord EX that I bought from Honda Cars of Columbia in February 2000. It had 300,489 miles on it, and the only place I ever had it serviced was Honda Cars of Columbia. The service staff was always friendly, the cost was usually less than what I was quoted when I dropped the car off and the service was always completed in the timeframe that I requested. There was no doubt that when my 2000 Accord gave out, I would be buying another Accord. I can't say enough about this dealership. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. I never felt like I was getting the run around or being taken advantage of. More

It was time to move on out of my almost new 2010 Malibu LTZ V6 with only 7K miles and I really wanted to Lease a new CR-V but didn't think I could trade in my vehicle at this time since it was so new and I LTZ V6 with only 7K miles and I really wanted to Lease a new CR-V but didn't think I could trade in my vehicle at this time since it was so new and I was so far upside-down. I sent Honda of Columbia an email asking for more information on the 2011 CR-V EX-L and I was promptly responded by Mr. Rivera. He gave me a great price over the Internet and was very low pressure which I liked a lot since I hate to buy cars. After a brief phone call I agreed to come in and get my car appraised and took a closer look at the 2011 CR-V EX-L. After just a few minutes I had an offer on my Malibu and a Lease payment that was actually lower than my current vehicles payment and I was upside-down. It was a no-brainer at this point so I decided to Lease the CR-V EX-L. Thanks to Mr. Rivera's great service and the rest of the guys at Honda of Columbia, Mr. Burns, Nimmons, etc. I'm a really happy and satisfied customer. More

We have test driven several cars over the last 1-1/2 years, but never really found what we wanted (always shopping used selections). Dan Dehart was so personable & because of his low pressure approach w years, but never really found what we wanted (always shopping used selections). Dan Dehart was so personable & because of his low pressure approach we felt like we really wanted to buy something from him. Recently, you had the perfect vehicle on the lot for me so I came in to finally buy something from Dan. He wasn't available, so I was helped by BA & found him to be just as helpful. I really only rated Honda of Columbia 4/5 because I feel like nobody's perfect, but the experience was fine & I can't really think of anything that could have made it better. I have already recommended Honda of Columbia to someone who ended up purchasing a new Honda about a year ago & will continue to do so in the future for new or used vehicles. More
