I had been shopping for a new vehicle for a while, and was really interested in another make/model. On a whim, I decided to check out the 2012 Honda Pilot. The sales rep I had worked with at Honda agreed was really interested in another make/model. On a whim, I decided to check out the 2012 Honda Pilot. The sales rep I had worked with at Honda agreed with every request I made...even offering me $1,000 more for my trade, sight-unseen, than the dealer for my 1st choice, after an appraisal. Upon appraisal, I was offered even more. I came in December 26th to purchase the vehicle, and my sales rep had quit that morning. Matt Taylor quickly - and without hesitation - honored the deal made with the former rep. It took a little while to get all of the paperwork done, but it was a comfortable wait. Matt made sure to go over all of the myriad of features on the vehicle, and has since followed-up on several occasions. I could not be more pleased with the experience, or my vehicle. More
We came to see Matt late in the day. We had been looking at cars all day and were tired. We drove an old beat up car and did not look very professional. Buying a car here was very easy. Did not have to haggle over price. Had to wait a bit to see finance manager to complete paperwork but I did not mind. We have spent several weeks searching for a car and visited many dealerships in NC/SC where we were a mere number. That wasn't the case at Honda of Columbia.
