I would strongly recommend Honda of Columbia (HoC), and would rate the overall experience as more like a 4.5, but that wasn't an option. I'd also prefer to give them a 4.5 on price. I started working with two dealerships simultaneously, but from the first contact, HoC actually facilitated the process. Chris Burns and George Moore both respected my preconditions for the way I needed to work and were straight-forward and direct. I never felt pressured until I got to the business office where extended service contracts and warranties started being discussed. Overall, though, my experience with HoC was quite good. I will gladly work with them again when I need another Honda. I've also used their service and parts department for years. They're fantastic. More
