He was very friendly throughout the process and knowledgeable. He too was very friendly and patient about the different questions I had. The paperwork was a little intimidating, but I felt that the process was transparent and moved very smoothly. I was very happy with the customer service BA (Braulio) provided. I initially contacted the dealership via e-mail and BA gave me a firm "no surprises" quote via e-mail within 2 hours. I then talked with him on the phone and asked specific questions about the car in which I was interested such as, how is the tire tread, is there a warp in the hood scoop, what is your opinion of the shape of the body, etc. BA took the time to go to the car for me and answered my questions on the phone in detail. Since it would be a 3.5 hour drive to get to Columbia from the Atlanta area, I decided to put a partial payment on the car for it to be held for 3 days until I could get there. The car was just as BA had described and he was as pleasant in person as he was on the phone and made sure all of my questions were answered to the best of his ability. I would not hesitate to go back to Honda of Columbia and make another purchase from BA in the future. More

Car I purchased was fine and in good shape. The dealership was fine and enjoyed the purchase. The only thing i can say was disturbing was the key to the car. I called a local car dealer(Honda) to f dealership was fine and enjoyed the purchase. The only thing i can say was disturbing was the key to the car. I called a local car dealer(Honda) to find to my surprise that the key that came with my car is what is called a Valet key. I didn't know the Acord i Bought had the keyless entry feature. I also found out that to buy this key and program it will be $115.00. I have yet to hear back from the Dealership I bought the car from about their price. Rate my total EXP: 4.4 More
