My husband and I went to the Dealership listed above late Saturday evening, approximately 8:30 pm just to look around. Matt Taylor was still working and he came out to see if he could help us. He took the time to show us the 2013 Accord and the CRV. We spent about an hour with Matt and he never appeared to upset that we kept him so long. I was still undecided and explained that we were going to look at the Nissan's since I had a Maxima. He assured me that I would be wasting my time because Honda had the best product. Matt's knowledge of the cars was quite impressive. We left and went to the Nissan dealership. It was late and an employee was still there and showed us some cars. Matt was correct it was a waste of time. I came back on Monday and met with Matt. I was leaning toward the CRV and my husband liked the Accord. The Accord in the showroom was pretty but not a color I wanted. Matt asked what color I liked and I said Black, which we did not see on the lot. Matt went to take another look and found a black one that had just arrived. I am now the owner of a Black 2013 Accord. It is really a great car. I appreciate all of Matt's hard work and determination to get me into the new car I really wanted. Also, want to let you know that Mr. Lawson the finance manager did a great job as well. He worked to get the payments where we wanted them. He was extremely knowledgeable about the warranties. He also worked to keep us from being there longer than necessary. I'm sure it helped that I knew exactly what I wanted before I set foot on the lot last Friday evening, but Javier Torres, Internet Sales, was very knowledgeable about the car and answered every question easily. Chris Burns was instrumental in locating the car in the color I wanted, although it was located in another part of the state, as well as assisting me in filling out all the necessary paperwork. The car was delivered and ready to go by lunchtime the next day, and Javier went over every feature - even helping me to set up my phone with the Bluetooth. Javier even polished some spots missed in the detailing process, so my car would be perfect when I drove it off the lot! I think it's fair to say I will be a long-time customer of Honda of Columbia in the future. Great job, everyone! More

This was the first new vehicle that I have purchased in 31 years. I have to say I was impressed in every way. Braulio Rivera was a professional in the true sense of the word. He has been in the car business for over 11 years and that professionalism made a huge difference for me. I had shopped around test driving at other dealerships for several months. B.A. knew his product, was patient with all my questions and thorough in the closing process. I am really pleased with the final deal that we were able to negotiate. They gave me a reasonable trade for my old vehicle, a good price on my new 2013 Honda CRV AWD and an excellent rate of financing for the balance of the loan. Al Tejado handled the financial paperwork at the end of closing with terrific ease and expertise. After all the paperwork was done, even though the dealership was closed, B.A. sat with me in my new vehicle, set up and explained how to use all the features like Bluetooth/heated seats/moonroof/backup camera etc. These folks really know what they are doing. I was most impressed with the longevity of the staff at Honda of Columbia. I fully expect B.A. Rivera and Al Tejado to be there the next time I purchase a new car. Real professionals! He had actually sold us a previous car. Our excellent "Honda experience" definitely was a factor in our purchase of our fifth Honda!! We look forward to continuing to be in the "Honda family"!! More

We had a budget in mind for a monthly payment. Even though our credit was good, they would not come down on the price to help us meet our need of that payment. This was not B.A. fault. We bought anyway because we felt we would not find a car at this price for these miles already on it. Overall it was good experience. More
