Sales person did not sell the car!!. I had to ask all the questions during test drive as to the the car I was buying and its options, etc.. I did not believe buying a used Honda was important to them, and di questions during test drive as to the the car I was buying and its options, etc.. I did not believe buying a used Honda was important to them, and did not have the sales person(s) complete attention.(to me it was a lot of money) to them it was just a "used" car I was purchasing. I understand you want to sell a new vehicle, but this was a vehicle I really wanted and shopped for..for a long time. I also think the buying process could be sped up in certain areas. I had to come back the next day to get master remote keys made. That could have been done during the three hour buying process. I like Hondas, but please make the buying process enjoyable may it be new or used. The service department was good and speedy in the remote making process. More

We had an excellent experience in the recent purchase of a certified pre-owned Honda from Honda of Columbia. The Salesperson who handled our transaction, Matt Taylor, was very helpful to us by inspecting the vehicles that interested us the most and making sure that the one we ultimately purchased was in excellent condition before we made the drive to the Columbia area. Matt kept in close contact as we worked through all the details and kept us informed with everything we needed to know or have with us to close the sale. He took extra time to explain the many features on the vehicle that were unfamiliar to us, which was a great help in making our decision to buy this particular model. The dealership is immaculate and all involved were very friendly without being intrusive. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Just be sure to be prepared about how you, as the customer, might want to handle trade-ins, financing, extended warranties before you make the visit. The dealership has one-stop shop capabilities, if the buyer wants to go this route, but that might not be the best choice for everyone. Overall, this was a very good buying experience for us. We ended up with just the right vehicle at a fair price; definitely worth the drive. More
