I recently purchased a new Honda CR-V from Honda of Columbia. I had the pleasure of working with Matt Taylor as well as Asten Lawson. Both gentlemen were as courteous as they could possibly be and th Columbia. I had the pleasure of working with Matt Taylor as well as Asten Lawson. Both gentlemen were as courteous as they could possibly be and the fact that I was alone and never felt pressured in any way was extremely important to my decision of completing the car transaction on the spot without waiting for someone to come and be with me. I was constantly being asked if I had any questions and answered all of my concerns immediately and honestly. I also liked the layout of the facility itself. Not only is it very accommodating with all of its ammenities, but the private offices insure that your personal information remains personal. I had a predetermined check list of expectations compiled after a bad experience at another dealer and without having to ask about a single one of them, they were ALL met. This entire experience from beginning to end was more than I ever dreamed possible. I now have the car and color I was wanting, the payment I wanted and for the terms I was hoping for. I am one happy lady right now and I have also been assured that they will continue to help with any issues or questions that may arise in the future. Great experience with this dealership. Andy Harrell went out of his way to accommodate us. Negatives? They were so busy finalizing the sale took awhile with the business office. It was a very busy day at the dealership and the only negative was how long it took to do the business paperwork but they have a comfortable waiting area and even snacks! Overall a great experience and now that I've driven my Camry hybrid for a few days I am thrilled with this car! More
