Customer Serivce I searched for over 200 miles looking for the right car, I found just what i was looking for at this Honda dealership. The Dealership was over 3 hou I searched for over 200 miles looking for the right car, I found just what i was looking for at this Honda dealership. The Dealership was over 3 hours away from my home.. I called and spoke to Lonnie and asked for the best price, he let me speak to Chris (MGR) They asked me what was a fair price and i gave them an offer and they accepted it. Which gave me a great deal on a good used car. They didn't hassle the price at all. Chris and Lonnie were both very good to work with. Once i got home i noticed a defect with the car. I called the dealership back up and spoke to Chris and explained what i had found. He didn't question it at all and asked me to take it to my local dealership and have it repaired and he paid for it. The next time I'm in the market for another used car this would be the first dealership i check due to the professional i received from Chris and Lonnie. More

When we were sent in with Asten Lawson, who does the financing, it was a little different. He was pleasant at first, and then began to tell us all about the extra warranty we could purchase, and all the different levels. As he was talking, we tried to be polite, but didn't want to waste his or our time, since we knew we were not interested in purchasing an extra warranty. He persisted and kept telling us how we wouldn't have to worry about anything for three years. We kept telling him no. He kept saying we are the type of people who would want this. Anyway, when he finally accepted no for an answer, his attitude completely changed. He got cold and just kind of short and not so nice. Overall, it was a very good, painless experience and we would recommend them in the future. More
