My first new car experience My first new car buying experience could not have been better. From the first day that I walked into Honda Of Columbia, Adam was so kind and helpful. My first new car buying experience could not have been better. From the first day that I walked into Honda Of Columbia, Adam was so kind and helpful. He never pushed me to make a decision nor did he seem impatient. He was so nice to work with and very understanding. My situation was a little different than most people's and although Adam didn't know me, he treated me like a friend and that meant a lot. He worked with me for about 3 weeks on looking for the right car and we finally came to a conclusion. When my uncle and I came into the dealership last Thursday (5/22/14) he helped us all the way through the process. We could not have chosen a better dealer nor dealership in Columbia, SC. More

My wife and I visited multiple dealerships and after test driving several vehicles, we decided that the Honda CR-V was the car of choice. We chose Honda of Columbia because they did everything we asked in a very professional and non-pushy manner. Matt Taylor was very timely in his responses and spent a great deal of time with us to make sure we had a thorough understanding of the features of the car. Matt and Asten worked together to make a good offer that fit our budget. My experience was great from the moment I made an inquiry on the internet to the moment I drove my 2014 Honda Accord Sport off the lot. Upon making contact with the dealer online I was promptly contacted by RJ Bowman. RJ was great from the start. He confirmed the model car I was looking for and let me know that they had the exact model and that if the price I saw on the internet was appealing then I would definitely like his price. He immediately emailed me some numbers and could not have been more correct! I was absolutely loving the numbers! We sat up an appointment and I was due to meet RJ on a Monday evening. However, early Monday afternoon RJ sent me a follow-up and I decided to go in early to speak with him some more and take a test drive. Once I was there RJ took his time explaining the features of the car since I'd never owned a Honda or was sure I even wanted one. He was very savvy regarding each aspect of the cars features from the road handling down to programming the radio. RJ was never pushy or impatient and he listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. Once back at the dealership I was sold! RJ completed the sale without any surprises or change in the pricing we discussed. I was introduced to Asten Lawson who made the "hard" part (signing the papers) very easy. I had cruised through my whole buying experience without any unexpected turns. Now I'm cruising in my new Honda Accord Sport. Honda of Columbia offered me a great experience. So great, that if I needed two cars I would do it all over again! More
