Very well taken care of! I began working with RJ Bowman after I found the vehicle my wife wanted on autotrader.com. RJ was terrific; helpful, considerate and thorough. We traveled nearly two hours from Charlotte to see the car and RJ had it ready and walked us through all of its features, while giving us time to discuss and ponder the deal. His help, along with assistance from Al Tejado and Steve Chandler allowed us to make the deal we feel great about that same day. This was without a doube the best car buying experience I have ever had. We closed the deal quickly and the car was turned over to me perfectly detailed.
