First Honda for Us We've never owned a Honda before. But we had decided, after much research, that a CR-V was going to be our next vehicle. Purchased Honda #5 on Memorial Day I had previously purchased 4 Honda's from this dealership and loved everyone of them. Then when it was time to purchase another one, I purchased a dif I had previously purchased 4 Honda's from this dealership and loved everyone of them. Then when it was time to purchase another one, I purchased a different car. Realizing the error of my decision, I returned to Honda of Columbia where I was greeted by John Nick. I already knew what I wanted so it was just a matter of making the numbers work. That's when Asten Lawson got involved. He knew me from previous purchases, so he made it happen. Excellent Customer Service!!! Since acquiring a used Honda Civic Hybrid over 4 yrs ago, it has been a little hit and miss with my service experiences until I met Preston Locklear. Since acquiring a used Honda Civic Hybrid over 4 yrs ago, it has been a little hit and miss with my service experiences until I met Preston Locklear. Preston is very personable and always made me feel like my vehicle was in the best possible care and that he would make sure everything was taken care of. All was well with my service experience! Fast forward to 200K miles on the hybrid. when I had to have the hybrid batteries replaced. I felt I had no options but to get the vehicle repaired at a very hefty $4000 cost. After a lengthy debate with myself over the pros and cons of the repair, Preston suggested I talk to one of the salesman about other options and introduced my wife and I to George Moore. We explained the situation to George with some budget limitations that we had and then it was off to the used car section of the lot. George was able to get us into the right vehicle and Jeff Joseph handled the financing end of things. We were made to feel as if we were being taken care of every step of the way. More
